Filey Lions Bonfire Night
Filey’s annual bonfire and fireworks display, organised by Filey Lions’ Club, takes place on Saturday 2nd November.
The bonfire will be situation on the West Avenue car park. Stalls around the site will open from 5pm and the bonfire lit at 6.15pm. A fireworks display will begin at 7.15pm. With the event ending around 9pm.
Obviously, the West Avenue car park will be closed and West Avenue itself will be closed from Southdene. The best way of arriving at the bonfire is on foot as parking is likely to be difficult.
Although entry is free, there are costs involved in running the event, so the Lions’ Club will be holding a bucket collection. Please give generously to allow this lovely communal event to continue.
